A stand-alone remote controller with memory for 144 light scenes is designed to control lighting devices using the DMX-512 and ArtNet protocols in stage, interior, architectural and landscape lighting systems.
The Lightbox2 can be used in standalone mode (scenes are recorded and played back from the device's memory) or in ArtNet-DMX converter mode. Manage Lightbox2 functions incl. scenes are programmed using a graphical interface based on the TouchOSC application, which is installed on a tablet (Android / iOS), or a computer (Windows / MacOS / Linux / Raspberry).
Playback of lighting scenes can be started using a graphical interface, built-in keyboard (12 buttons), external lighting console (DMX-IN, ArtNet-IN), lighting program on a PC (ArtNet-IN).
In standalone mode, Lightbox2 provides recording and playback of light scenes that can be linked into cuelist that can be played once or repeatedly. Each scene can contain up to 8 built-in effects, 2 effects of each type: MoveFx – motion effect for fixtures with Pan/Tilt functions RGBFx – color cycling (“rainbow”) effect for fixtures with color mixing ChaseFx – light switching effect ( "running lights", "wave", etc.) for a different number of devices (2,3,4,6,8). CueChase - the effect of cyclic playback of several "steps" scenes, which may contain changes to several fixture attributes.
Lightbox2 is equipped with two DMX ports. In offline mode, the port assignment is one output, one input. In ArtNet-DMX converter mode, each port can be configured as an output or an input.
It is possible to synchronize two or more controllers via ArtNet for multipoint control.
