Karavaev Workshop

The Karavaev workshop founded in 2012 by flutist and piper Alexander Karavaev. For the first 7 years, he took the path from handmade manufacturer to the first mass production of Irish whistles in Russia.
Thanks to the great own performing experience and the "made by a musician for musicians" approach, the instruments are well known not only in Russia but also abroad. And it's very significant, that the whistles from Karavaev are highly appreciated in Ireland, the homeland of this instrument.
All flutes are made of high-quality and durable materials: aluminum, brass, anodized aluminum and ABS plastic, and the product line are constantly being improved and expanding.
Currently, the official endorsers (representatives) of the Karavaev's tools are: The Mill (Russia), Eluveitie (Switzerland), Celtian (Spain), Mikie Smyth (Ireland), Paddy Keenan (Ireland), and others.
