Attaching with slots helps to avoid the loss of the transmitter or receiver. Just clip them together when you're not playing guitar.

What is the main difference from the previous B-2?
A narrower bandwidth (only 2 MB) provides better protection against interference. Low power consumption, longer battery life. (7 hours of operation without recharging). Auto-off: The transmitter will turn off automatically if there is no input signal for 10 minutes, then the receiver will also turn off after another 10 minutes.
