Description:

NDR-5 Atlantic Delay & Reverb Effects Pedal, Nux Cherub

New horizons of delay and reverberation!
The NUX Atlantic pedal will take you to the coast of the Atlantic Ocean, with its deep, soft and fresh sound. Listen to the whisper of the echo and watch the dance of the northern lights in the icy sky... millions of ice grains move and twinkle in the frosty wind.

One of the best delay and reverb algorithms in a metal case. A choice of three classic Delay and Reverb effects, and a bonus Shimmer Shimmer effect that allows you to create waterfalls of shimmering sound, especially suitable for intros, interludes and endings.

Delay effects.
70s (40ms - 400ms): retro delay with modern technology, without losing the characteristic effect of BBD devices, so necessary to reflect the retro style of the 70s.
60's (55ms - 550ms): warm and dusty film echo effect, rich colors that turn any sound into vintage. Turn the Repeat knob to the maximum and use the Time knob to get the experience, just like with a real film repeater.
80's (80ms - 800ms): the invention of the digital era, crystal clear echo. Digital copies of your signal, repeated without the slightest color. This is the best option if you don't want to mix your favorite chorus with another, coloring effect.
TAP TEMPO mode: instantly synchronize the delay with the tempo in which you are playing. Just set the pace by pressing your foot on the button. The speed range is 125 ms - 1500 ms for all types of delay.
Before installing TAP TEMPO, use the "Time" knob and select any desired time signature to change the separation. When TAP TEMPO is activated, your repeats will create a delay pattern according to the selected time signature.

Reverberation effects.
Spring Reverb (spring reverb): creates a polyphonic atmospheric filter that captures sound reflections from the body of the spring reverb. You can adjust the case size using the level control and set the reflection distance using the decay knob.
Plate Reverb & Shimmer (Plate Reverb): Direct and clean reflections inside a room with flat walls. You can control the size of the room using the level control, and then adjust the delay reflection point using the Decay knob.
If you hold down the Reverb switch, direct reflections will heat up and swirl around the entire interior of the room, creating a flickering effect.
Hall Reverb: the sound of a well-designed hall. Regardless of the size of the hall, large or small, reflections will come from the situation. You can adjust the size of the hall, from a small garage to a huge structure using the Level knob and increase or decrease the number of objects on the walls using the Decay knob. Less decay means more objects and faster reflection.

Internal routing.
The NUX Atlantic Delay & Reverb pedal has internal routing control between effects, so you can choose which effect will be the first. In Serial mode, you can create deep reflected reverb with processed or dry repeats, or you can split your guitar signal and add both effects to a parallel chain. Each effect will be mixed with separate dry signals.

Inputs/outputs.
The pedal has a 6.35mm stereo input and 2 outputs.
With the Send/Return connection, the pedal can be integrated into any chain of effects.
The input level switch helps optimize the input signal with your signal level.
