The MKH 60 is a lightweight short gun microphone. It is versatile and easy to handle and its superb lateral sound muting makes it an excellent choice for film and reporting applications. Its high degree of directivity ensures high sound quality for distance applications. MKN 60 has high sensitivity and has switchable filters to compensate for high-pass attenuation at a distance and a low-pass boost filter when approaching a sound source. An attenuator switch allows an additional 10 dB of headroom when using in close proximity to signals high in transients.
