Tatyana Igorevna Zlobina was born on December 13, 1961 in the village of Pashkovo, Kursk Region. In 1978 she entered the Barnaul College of Music (accordion class, teacher Borisov E.I.). In 1988 she graduated from the Altai State Institute of Culture with a degree in orchestral conducting (domra instrument).
Being engaged in pedagogical activity, Tatyana Igorevna in the period from 1982 to 1988 was an active member of the Altai State Great Russian Orchestra "Siberia" under the direction of Borisov E.I. Then for a long time (15 years) she performed as part of the pedagogical ensemble named after Kravchuk, which repeatedly won prizes at international and regional competitions.
Currently, T.I. Zlobina works as a teacher in the accordion class, is the head of the department of folk and wind instruments at the Children's Art School No3 in Barnaul.
