The shells are made of seven layers of maple (4 layers of Canadian and 3 layers of Chinese maple).
The tom drums of the AQ2 series are equipped with new hardware and a SmartMount mounting system. This minimalistic but functional holder has a truly German design and spirit: optimal sound with a minimum amount of accessories on the drum case.
